YVETTE JOHNSON HAGINS, CEO/EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Yvette Hagins, Executive Director of the Whitefoord Community Program holds a Masters of Science Degree in Administration and Management from Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant Michigan and a Bachelors of Science Degree from Mercer University in Macon Georgia She has substantial experience and expertise as the chief executive officer of non-profit, community based organizations serving children and families for the past 30 years. She is recognized as an exemplary manager, a committed leader of community based programs and seasoned fundraiser.

Under her leadership, the Whitefoord Community Program has strengthen its governing body, expanded programs and community partnerships, developed strategic plans and planning process, established a training program for employees, implemented a more effective system for evaluating and reporting client outcomes, developed a marketing and advancement department, and successfully launched the WCP’s first annual fund campaign. She is a respected leader in the community, a graduate of Leadership Savannah, Leadership Atlanta, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Visiting Nurses/Hospice Atlanta.

 

MICHAEL BEKELE,CFO/CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Michael Bekele, the Chief Financial Officer/ Chief Operating Officers for the Whitefoord Community Program, is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor of Art Degree in Accounting from Addis Ababa University in Ethiopia. He has over 10 years of accounting and financial management experience and is recognized by senior management, the board of directors, and external auditors for his exceptional work performance and high standards. Michael is responsible for overall management of business affairs and financial reporting for the organization as well as overseeing facilities and human resources.
