Yvette Hagins, CEO
Yvette Hagins has served as executive director of the Whitefoord Community Program (WCP) since October 2003. Under his her guidance, the Whitefoord Community Program launch a five year strategic plan and the organization’s first Annual Campaign. Ms. Hagins has restructured programs to enhance efficiency and seamless service delivery systems, expanded and diversified WCP’s revenue sources, and strengthened the Board of Directors through the addition of new members with specialized expertise.

Prior to heading WCP, Ms. Hagins held key positions including chief executive officer of non-profit community based organizations serving children and families for the past 25 years. From 1989-2003 Ms. Hagins served as the Chief Executive Director of Greenbriar Children’s Center, Inc. (Greenbriar) During her first three years of employment and under her leadership, Greenbriar became the highest United Way designated organization in the community and Greenbriar became one (1) of only two (2) United Way agencies to receive national accreditation.

Earlier, she served as the Georgia Director for Save the Children Federation in Atlanta Georgia and was a state coordinator for Georgia Legal Services.

Active in several nonprofit organizations over the years, Ms. Hagins has served on the many Boards of Directors including Parent University, Chatham/Savannah Youth Futures Authority, Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce, Junior League of Savannah. Ms. Hagins currently serves on the Board of the Visiting Nurses- Hospice of Atlanta.

Yvette Hagins holds a Masters of Science Degree in Administration and Management and has substantial experience and expertise. Ms. Hagins is the proud Mother of her 14 year old Daughter Samone.
