Position:   Clinics Business Manager
Reports to: CFO/COO
Status: Full-time, Exempt
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Business Manager of Whitefoord Community Program’s Health Clinics is responsible for the effective management and operations of the health clinics. This newly-created position will be responsible for establishing and implementation of an electronic practice management system, electronic health records, overseeing billing and collections, staff and operational efficiencies, as well as grant writing and reporting.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of a B.A. Degree in Business, Accounting, or Public Health. However, a Masters degree is preferred, with at least five years of supervisory and management experience in health care, preferable in a public health environment. Must possess extensive knowledge of medical billing, coding and collections.
