Child Development Program (CDP)pment Program provides a developmentally appropriate learning environment for children 0-4 years of age and currently serves 74 children.
Our goal is to enhance a child's school readiness by providing a strong academic and developmental foundation before they start elementary school. Each day children are engaged with indoor and outdoor activities to promote extensive language skills, creative problem solving skills, and cooperative living skills.
Parental participation and involvement is encouraged via monthly workshops covering a wide range of topics as well as volunteer opportunities in the classroom.
The Child Development Program combines the resources of the State of Georgia's Pre-K Program and the philosophy behind Early Head Start and Head Start programs.
